Every morning, in the sun-drenched countryside, Madame Coco visits the opera house of the Old Lemon Tree to attend the chicken opera, an exceptional performance which honors the refined corn, featuring touching dialogues and a libretto which blurs the line between comedy and tragedy. Sitting always in the first row, Madame Coco enjoys the performance till the end. In the middle of the show, a hidden talent makes an appearance and enchants the audience. It is the amazing Alector, a bass with a stirring voice. Madame Coco listens in adoration. When the show is over, she always makes a point of going to the dressing room to congratulate him on his great performance.
Late at night, Madame Coco retires to her suite to peruse the science of the chakras. These days, she has been particularly interested in the "third eye" and the "crown" chakra. Some Sundays, she even meets up with Alector at the old well, where there is peace and quiet, and exchange views on the chakras. Every Sunday, Madame Coco, a yoga enthusiast, sits by the zucchinis, closes her eyes and starts breathing in, breathing out. Rumor has it that the turkeys in the next farm got jealous and wanted to attend the yoga lessons themselves!
